The Little Living Blog was born out of my love for small spaces.

I started my first "smaller living" blog, Tiny House Town, in December of 2015. There I covered a lot of great spaces, almost always under 500 sq ft. However I kept finding great, small spaces just a little one the 500 sq ft cut-off. I wanted to keep THT distinct for the following it had for tiny house enthusiast, so I start Little Living for people who liked or were thinking of downsizing, but didn't want to go quite so small.

500 to 1000 sq ft is still well below the average American home size, and there are plenty of beautiful spaces within the small house category!
