This charming home in Columbus, Ohio, is a testament that a good renovation doesn't have to be expensive.

The 1000 sq ft home was purchased by Bryan and Catherine; a husband and wife team who run the blog Beginning in the Middle. Together they purchased this 1950's cottage and set about renovating it on a budget. The average home price in the area was $100k to $150k so they had the be careful about staying withing the local price range.

At the end of their transformation, they had a stunning blue home with a bright, airy interior.
