Measuring just 545 sq ft, the home's family of seven which includes three children who are homeschooled, two parents still working on their degrees, and two older sons who like to come home and visit.

The home has a ground floor bedroom, a loft bedroom with three beds and desk space, a living room, spacious kitchen, and a bathroom.
